Resistor-main use of resistor is to resist the flow of electrical current and the amount that will resist the flow is known as resistance that has a symbol “R”. Moreover, you can design them according to the physical construction tolerance, shape and its usage. You can further categorize them in three different forms such as semi variable, fixed, and variable resistors.

Capacitors-the main working of capacitor is to resist the change in voltage that is formed across its plates. If we talk about its value then it never remains constant except certain conditions. In addition, it changes with either of the three that is frequency, temperature and ageing.

Transformers- depending upon the application area where transformers are to be used, they may be divided into three forms that are as follows-
Power transformers-these transformers are used with power supplies.

Audio transformers-it covers input/output as well as isolation transformers.

Pulse transformers-these types of transformers are used in used in assortment of pulse circuits.

Inductors-inductors perform similar functioning just as capacitors do. it stores the energy in one part and return in next part. It is basically the property of device that reacts against the alteration of current that is made through the device. This change of current further brings change in magnetic field.
